Jet Lag Prevention Protocol

It is estimated that 1.5 billion people travel by plane each year. If you are traveling to a different time zone, you may experience jet lag. This is a condition which results from alterations to the body’s circadian rhythms resulting from rapid long-distance transmeridian (east–west or west–east) travel on a jet airplane.
